Path to 专业 Certification

的 信息rmation Technology Auditing and Cyber Security MS supports career development by including a capstone course that prepares students for the Certified 信息rmation Systems Auditor (中钢协) or Certified 信息rmation Systems Security 专业 (CISSP) one of the following professional certification exams.

  • 的 中钢协 certification demonstrates experience among information systems control, assurance and security professionals.
  • 的 CISSP certification demonstrates competency around identifying, analyzing and addressing cyber security risks.

Students are admitted to one of two areas of specialization. Each concentration amounts to 30 credits, including four common core courses, two electives and a capstone. Qualified students with the necessary prerequisites may take courses from both concentrations, which are as follows.
